LBC Cargo arrives in Toronto
The 20-year old LBC Mundial Cargo Corporation is formally opening its branch in Toronto on Sept. 18, 2010 (Saturday) at 11:30 a.m. at 4500 Sheppard Avenue East, Unit 29, Scarborough, Ontario.
Rafael (Raffy) Policarpio, LBC’s cargo manager, revealed that his outfit will serve the Filipino community in Toronto and the province of Ontario both on cargo forwarding (door-to-door) and money remittance.
He cited the reward program where the more boxes and money transfer one sends to the Philippines, he or she will earn points that can be retrieved for big discounts or free service fees if they will send both the door-to-door boxes and money to their loved ones in the Philippines.
Policarpio, an old hand in freight fowarding business, is inviting Filipino businessmen to join him serving the Filipino community in the country.
LBC is also giving free box for every five boxes sent to the Philippines on the door-to-door system, he said.

Hi Raffy. Saw your article. Good job ! Congratulations. Susan your sister
Hi Raffy,
I work with Arianne Lopez at PMH (Rose knows me). I just have a quick question. I need to send a small parcel (shoebox size) to Batangas and I was wondering if you have that service. If you do, how long does it take to get there and how much?
I would appreciate hearing from you as soon as possible.
Many thanks.
Maria

Sir Rafael, can you please assist me to facilitate the thing that happen to my cargo box. The box is cut on the side and taped with a gray color tape. Valuable Items are missing. I hope and wish that you DO something in this matter because if it will continue no one gonna trust your company especially here in TORONTO ONTARIO.
hello where is your office in toronto ON?
Hi Mr. Raffy, do you have any plan to have an air freight door to door service to the Philippines?

I’m very disappointed with your service I have sent 3 boxes on October until now it has not been delivered yet. After hundred of phone calls to your customer service if very obvious that your just making alibi…where are my boxes now????
Frustrated customer,
Did they receive ur boxes yet? I am planning to send boxes to my family in the philippines to, thinking lbc is a reliable company. U got me thinking twice. Any updates?
Hi Frustrated customer – I am also curious of what came out of your missing boxes. I also plan to use the same company, but now I have doubts.
To all pinoys in Canada, LBC has the worst customer service!!! It was a nightmare dealing w/ them and i know some folks here in Toronto who experienced the same!!
wow! katuwa you have your own flag. but i hope you don’t mind peendg paki-baligtad yung Philippine flag? that means war kasi e pag nasa ibabaw yung red. Happy Independence Day! I’m also proud to be a Filipino kaya gusto ko na bumalik satin!!!
Frustrated customer, the yesterday (March 5, 2014) I picked up two empty boxes at Scarborough office, but reading your complain I am doubtful about LBC now…Thanks to your posting
Exie Astig – check out the LBC Canada reviews, there are some interesting posts from LBC customers. My niece has been using LBC for few years and I plan to do the same. Just picked up a box on the week end as well (mar.8th).
Follow ur guts, dont waste ur hard earned money and time! They have the worst customer service, esp here in Canada
I think Jollibee makes some of the best fried chicken in the Bay Area. Forget those American cnihas, Jollibee is where it’s at! Their fried chicken is the closest to how they do it back in Malaysia. Pretty pricey, but oh, so worth it.There is a Jollibee here in San Jose, pretty close to our house. Yeah!
Luis Nogueira
Poor service, scheduled a box pick and waited the whole afternoon for nothing, phone number works only if you call within Toronto, worst customer support for such an established company, such a shame.
Wow same happened to me last week!! Had a scheduled pick up, confirmed several times.. Wasted my whole day waiting for them, had to leave work early for this, no call no explanation. Called the office several times and talked to a bunch of very rude staff and customer reps! Save your time and money, there are lots of other companies around. Spread the worD. LBC is a nightmare!!!!!!!
I used to work as a maid, both for a company and straetd my own company. It all depends on where you live. The going rates are going to be a lot different in high-income areas than depressed areas. The best thing to do is call several different cleaning services from your area and compare prices. But from my experience, $70 sounds very high for a one bed one bath home. The higher charge she wants for once every two weeks reflects the fact that the home will get dirtier in two weeks time. But even so, $100 seems much too high. I would go shopping if I were you.
good afternoon!I am Marketing Supervisor for a Filipino cnpmaoy and would like to boost our online visibility through press releases. This is why I am interested in your website and would like to ask you a few questions:- do you have feedbacks/results/reports about the number of readers of the press releases on your website?- I might plan to release one PR per month. Would it be OK for you?For sure, my PR will be properly written and documented. I truly understand and appreciate your committment into qualitative content.Thank you for your precious answers,Best regards,Victoria
I had schedule for pick up yesterday but no one calling me nor picking it up been waiting whole day.. Poor service. I expect a reliability LBC..
Mr. Raffy Policarpio. Yes, I remember you Sir. We were classmates at La Salle Grade School. My brother is Randy Azarcon with his wife Eileen whom you gave a Bronze Top Award as Cargo Agent early this year.
