The long wait is over and the show is about to begin.  A Taste of Broadway by the Markham Federation of Filipino Canadians (MFFC) is once again being produced by Karen Tan, together with the mentors of the organization.  This is the fourth presentation of A Taste of Broadway and the show boasts the same high energy and quality of talent and cast that equals those of professional Broadway productions.

The Markham Federation of Filipino Canadians is very proud to have their youth mentors as directors of the show, namely Russell Ombao, Randy Muere, Ryan Muere, Katherine Galang and Nicolai Cusi.  As well, performers the likes of Emilio Zarris, Michael Masangkay, Alvin Alba, Jasmine Ragual, Anna Rejante, Candace Santos, Karen Tan and Jason Nunez are headlining the various Broadway segments that will be showcased in this year’s show.

Rehearsals are ongoing and very vigorous, and young kids are learning to juggle rehearsal times and studies.  However, the show promises a very entertaining evening that will have everyone who attends raving and talking about it for a long time.

Mark your calendar for Saturday, October 26, 2013 at the Flato Markham Theatre.  Tickets are $50 and $40.00 with a very special guest to perform a few songs.  Please contact Ester Toribio at 647-556-0463 begin_of_the_skype_highlighting for ticket information.end_of_the_skype_highlighting
