Unexpectedly large crowd of Halo-Halo fans (at least 1,000) ‘invaded’ the August 29 H2O Festival Artscape Wychwood Barns gulped down the fest’s entire food & drink supplies. H2O will go ‘up’ in history as the Halo Halo Festival that ran out of Halo-Halo! Organizers say please come back next time. They will be ready.
