PHB celebrates 39th Year

A hall packed with happy guests and jubilant PHB members marked the organization’s 39th anniversary on October 19. Held at the Garnet Williams Community Centre, the event was celebrated with a dinner-dance and included a band mini-concert and majorettes presentation also. Consul Edwin Gil Mendoza delivered a congratulatory message from the Consulate General of Toronto.
