Ethnic Press Council marks Canada Day and Canadian Multicultural Day

In honoring Canada Day (July1st) and recognizing Canadian Multicultural Day (27th), the National Ethnic Press and Media Council of Canada (NEPMCC) executive board held a celebration with its members last July 8 to acknowledge Canada’s diversity and the contributions of the various ethnic communities to the Canadian society. The event was held July 8 with a program and dinner at the Greek Community of Toronto, 30 Thorncliffe Park Drive.

Among the special guests presented with a plaque of appreciation were Hon. Victor Maligoudis, Consul General of Greece to Toronto.
