MANILA, Philippines – President-elect Benigno “Noynoy” Aquino’s anti-corruption platform will take a major blow if he gives Vice President-elect Jejomar Binay the interior and local government post or any major role in his government, according to a Cabinet official in the administration of the late President Cory Aquino.
