Ten PCCT past presidents to be honored

Ten past presidents of the Philippine Chamber of Commerce-Toronto (PCCT) will be honored at the 20th Anniversary Gala Dinner of the organization, 6 PM, Saturday, November 27, 2010 at the Toronto Don Valley Hotel and Suites (formerly Crowne Plaza Toronto Don Valley), 1250 Eglinton Avenue East (corner Wynford Drive) in Toronto.

Speaking for the PCCT, Oswald Tugadi, Vice President for Membership, named the past presidents to be feted during the event, as follows: Winston Lim,1991-1992; Clemente Benedicto, 1992; Joe Sagala, 1994; Mann Nacario, 1995 – 1996; Rubi Talavera, 1997; Jess Antonio, 1998 – 1999; Eddie Lee, 2000 – 2001; Monina Lim-Serano, 2002; Rafael Nebres, 2003 – 2004; and, Cora dela Cruz, 2005 – 2006.

Tugadi said that 20 years is a very important milestone in any organization’s history, thus, it is important that the PCCT and its members accord recognition on these people for their dedication in contributing their valuable time and resources making the PCCT what it is today – a premier organization for Filipino business and services!

The PCCT’s platinum anniversary (under modern symbols of anniversaries) will also be an event where members and their guests’ celebrate Christmas.
