Word Became Flesh Ministries find new home
It has been a long time coming, but after so many years of renting a place of worship, Word Became Flesh Ministries (WBFM) finally found a beautiful home, a rare gem it can call its own. It is located in the centre of four major highways at 1180 Mid-Way Boulevard Unit 1, Mississauga, Ontario. Picture is shown above.
WBFM, an independent, non-denominational, Bible-based evangelical church can trace its roots back in the summer of 1995. From humble beginnings with only thirteen people, started home Bible studies organized and conducted by Bro. Adam Aspilla, It has grown into a vibrant community of Faith with Spirit-driven leaders and members coming all over the Greater Toronto Area (GTA).
With divine guidance and faithful supports from its members, WBFM has purchased a spacious two-story building (more than 8,000 square feet) with a seating capacity for two hundred fifty (250) people in the sanctuary and about seventy five (75) in the second floor with five rooms for youth and children Bible classes. It has ample space for its bustling activities for the young and the old alike.
WBFM’s mission in is to help people connect with God through worship services, Bible studies, small groups, seminars (like: How to Manage Finances God’s Way, Practical Parenting and Leadership), retreats, and other special events. WBFM has a special place for each member of a family (infant, toddler, child or teenager)
Moreover, its music is inspirational, uplifting that are timely and contemporary. Furthermore, the essages/sermons are practical and relevant to challenges you face every day. You can take what you hear on the weekend and apply it to the week-day.
