Business for stay-at-home moms
Business for stay-at-home moms
‘Wee Piggies & Paws™’ is one of the fastest-growing Franchises in Canada.
A unique concept – developed by and structured entirely for moms who wish to stay home to be with their children but would also like to run a successful business of their own.
‘We are a very close, dedicated team of moms from across the country living our dream,” explains North York’s franchisee/mom Nol Claudio.
We make the most incredible, detailed, professionally-framed impressions of children’s hands and feet you have ever seen.
We are also the official distributors of Canada’s largest Baby Shoe/Memorabilia Bronzing Company (having been in business since 1947).
‘Wee Piggies & Paws™’ is the brainchild of Debbie Cornelius, a business-savvy, stay-at-home mom-turned-entrepreneur from St. Catharines, Ontario.
Three years ago, Cornelius began researching unique ways of capturing her two small children’s handprints to frame and display on her wall.
After many months of trial and error, she developed and perfected a unique method of creating highly-detailed, raised impressions of hand and footprints. She then developed original ways of finishing and framing them for display.
It did not take Cornelius long before she realized she could use her sales/marketing background to create what North York’s Nol Claudio describes as “the most perfect work-at-home opportunity a mom has ever seen.”
There are currently 36 franchisee/moms across seven provinces working together.
“I have a four-year old girl who is the light of my life; I do this for her, I do this for me; I do this for my family.” states Nol.
“Every day, my customers tell me how lucky I am to be able to work from home doing my ‘Dream job,” I know they are right – this is the greatest job in the world.”
“Being part of this phenomenal team of moms has certainly enriched my life, have had found the perfect balance in my life that so many women are searching for,” explains Nol.
