Niagara caregivers elect officers
Caregivers Niagara has officially elected its new set of officers since last year’s kick-off. Registered as Caregivers Niagara Newcomers Association (CNNA), it is officially known as Caregivers Niagara.
Caregivers Niagara is a non-profit, non-political association of caregivers and newcomers aimed to: foster camaraderie among its members regardless of race, religion, and creed, provide assistance to its members especially caregivers in their documentation, immigration issues or in emergency situations (unemployment, death and illness), provide an up-to-date, unbiased and thoroughly accurate information, resources, tips and advice for a successful settlement and integration as new immigrants in Canada and to help empower its members through educational seminars, workshops and other self-development programs. It has more than 100 members with 28 officers.

Executive Officers: Laila Diaz, Eden Gardingan,Dely Fernandez, Analyn Tolentino, Henry Sia, Norma Kehoe,Leona Paches ; Board of Directors: Marisa Bayon, Norly Moyano, Jenny Cozma, Lawrence Bautista,Alice Decamas, Jerrah Toaia, Dory Sabio Angelina Balbuena, Agnes Sarmago, Rosa Aloro, Josephine Eric, Marivic Tubig, Lourdes Badawi; Advisers: Julie R. Asfur and Magdalene Labrador.
