Rockwell hosts open house May 21

Rockwell Land Corporation, the developers of residential high-rise condominiums-Rizal Tower, Hidalgo Place, Luna Gardens, Amorsolo Square and the Manansala-will host an open house on May 21 at the Westin Harbour Castle in Toronto.

Executives of Rockwell Land Corporation are back in Los Angeles in response to the well-received roadshows last year. With the posh Joya Tower and Lofts as its latest offering to Filipino Americans who wish to invest or own residences in the homeland.

There is an overwhelming demand for Rockwell’s newest development during the pre-selling phase. By the time Joya broke ground in July, 2004. plans were underway to expand the development.

To-date, Rockwell has sold 80 per cent of its lofts and has added more loft-type units. The novel concept of living which Joya offers is a hit with overseas Pinoys planning to own a residence in their native land.

Joya’s bedrooms found on the second floor do not have a fourth wall, allowing the owner a full view of the living and dining rooms below. The lofts are sold bare, giving the residents a free hand at creating their own designs. A typical one-bedroom loft measures 55 to 58 square meters while a two bedroom loft measures 109 to 120 square meters. Joya also offers tower apartments that come in three types: the one, two and three bedroom units with measurements ranging from 69 square meters to 147 square meters.
