PCCF new officers inducted

TORONTO–Philippine Canadian Charitable Foundation or PCCF celebrated the induction of new officers at the Rembrandt Banquet Hall last December 7. The new Officers were inducted into office by the Consul General, Juniver Mahilum-West. Over 300 guests witnessed the Oath Taking of the officers for the years 2013-2014. PCCF was founded by the Honourable Senator Jun Enverga in 2008, however, full operation for the Organization started in 2010 with the outgoing president, Jimmy Marasigan at the helm. Two years of operation contributed close to two million pesos to various charitable and worthy organizations.

True to the vision PCCF, incoming president, Romy Rafael indicated that money raised on this event will be donated to the victims of the recent Typhoon Pablo. PCCF is known for their big events like the “ Pinoy Fiesta and Trade Show sa Toronto” and the prestigious pageants.

Secretary – Lita Leano; Asst Sec. – Bing Marasigan; Treasurer – Ethel Panganiban-Stewart, Asst Treaurer – Vida Cruz; Bookeeper – Danio Penuliar; Auditor – Jun Perez; PRO – Gloria Rafanan; Social Media Officer (SMO) – Alain Canizares; Asst SMO – Leslie Ruiz; Community Liason – Ben Ferrer; Business Managers – Sheila Canizares & Noemi Milanes; Sgt. at Arms – Gil Dicion & Ramon Cruz; Youth Dev. Officer – Joey Abrenilla; Board of Directors – Bobby de la Cruz & Alex Saroca; Adviser and Past President – Jimmy Marasigan.
