PIDC to hold AGM

The Philippine Independence Day Council (“PIDC”), an umbrella organization representing various Filipino-Canadian associations, would like to invite everyone to their Annual General Meeting (“AGM”). It will be held on Saturday, January 27th at the Golden Valley Banquet Hall, 2 Principal Road, Scarborough starting at 1 pm; light refreshments will be served. Community leaders, association members, media personalities are all encouraged to attend.

PIDC activities just keep getting better every year and 2007 is no exception. Each Chair person will relay special details about their event. Also, PIDC will be announcing information about new partnerships with organizations, special guests that will be attending the gala, the feature artist at this year’s festival and other exciting news all to be made public for the first time at the AGM on the 27th.
