Why signing The People’s Mandamus Petition is important!

The government’s power comes from the people, who express their will through fair and honest elections.

However, there is evidence of election cheating during the May 9, 2022 Philippine national elections.

The organization responsible for making sure elections are fair, COMELEC, has not not done a good job explaining the anomalous vote-count results.

Instead of giving the public the real transmission logs, which show the real vote count, they gave an unverified report of data that the transparency servers got.

This report was passed off as transmission logs, but it was really just reception logs.

It is important for all elections to be fair and honest for a healthy democracy.

Filipinos have a constitutionally guaranteed right to information on matters of public concern and to demand proof that their votes were counted properly.

They also have the right to demand that COMELEC address the allegations of election cheating in a prompt and truthful manner.

A government that is run by individuals perceived as illegitimate lack public support and will not be able to effectively serve the people.

It is extremely important for Filipinos to know the truth of whether the May 9 elections was in fact rigged, and if so, for the legitimately elected candidates to be proclaimed.

What is Mandamus and Impeachment?

“TNTrio’s petition for mandamus is requesting the Philippine Supreme Court to order COMELEC and telecom companies to retain transmission logs in relation to the May 2022 election and for COMELEC to provide digital copies to petitioners. This is the result of the unbelievable TNTrio’s results shown on the transparency server that more than 20 million votes were sent at 8:02 p.m. on May 9, 2022, one hour after the closing of the polls, and the suspicion that fraud may have occurred in the vote counting because with a consistent margin of approximately 40% between the votes of the two top presidential candidates. TnTrio’s primary goal is to avoid destruction of evidence that could be useful and valuable in future cases.

If Supreme Court grants the mandamus petition, it will enable TNTrio, which is composed of information technology experts in their own rights, to determine the validity and legitimacy of the results presented on the transparency server and to the public if the person was reported as the presumed victory is legit or fake. If an analysis of transmission logs shows that no 20 million votes were cast as of 8:02 p.m. on May 9, 2022, a large dark cloud of doubt will over the legitimacy of the declared president of the Philippines.
