Club Filipino marks 6th anniversary
TORONTO–The Club Filipino of St. Jamestown will mark its sixth year anniversary on October 23 (Saturday), 6:00 p.m. to 12:00 midnight, at the Msgr. Fraser College Gymnasium, 146 Isabella Street, Toronto ( 3 Blocks South of Sherbourne TTC Subway).
George Hontanosas, CFSJ president, is calling all the Fililipinos in the Toronto and neibouring cities and towns to participate in their activities to show the solidarity of the Filipinos in Canada.
Aside from Hontanosas, the others officers of the Club Filipino of St. Jamestown are Evangeline Santos, vice president; Lilia Rodillado, secretary; Adora Gustin, assistant secretary; Manuel Papa, treasurer; Delia Von Possel, assistant treasurer;; Vilma Asayas, auditor; Ida Barroga, assistant auditor; Romeo Zetazate, press relations officer; Winnie Reyes, Romy Von Possel, Bernie Barroga, and Riza Tandog, sgt.-at-arms.
The Board of Directors are John fernandez, chairman; Johnny Tabios, Rudy Yumol, Herminia de la Cruz, Fe Madriaga, Amparo Tolentino, Emil Ecina, Lani Villamor, Josie Bambo, and Clara Mina Members.
The Advisers are Vic Campos, Pat Festin, and Jose Fajardo.
