Yak partners with visa perks to provide exclusive savings on long distance
Yak Communications (Canada) Corp., a telecommunications company owned by Globalive Communications Corp., has partnered with visaperks to provide Canadian Visa cardholders with special savings on Yak’s exceptional long distance service offering.
“Yak will be a great addition to the savings offered by the visaperks program,” said Nisha Amin, Director of Marketing, Globalive. “We are excited to be part of it and to extend to their customers, exclusive offers on our long distance products.”
Visa cardholders will now have the opportunity to enjoy savings on long distance calls at home or on their cell. Cardholders will automatically receive 15 per cent off Yak Long Distance and Yak Cell when they sign up for pre-authorized payments on their Visa card. There are no contracts or hidden fees and the same great rates are available 24/7. Yak Cell is a dial-in service that can be used with customers’ existing cell provider so there’s no need to switch phone companies.
“Long distance savings from Yak is the newest in a long list of great visaperks offers,” said Anne McNeil, Head of Brand & Product Marketing, Visa Canada. “We’re happy to help Visa cardholders save money at great merchants.”
