Miriam now wants Reyes’s wife, kids probed

MANILA, Philippines – Now that former Defense Secretary Angelo Reyes is dead, his family will now have to face the music and answer questions about the former military chief’s involvement in corruption in the Armed Forces, according to Sen. Miriam Defensor Santiago.

In a statement, Santiago said Reyes died with the presumption of innocence on his side “because he never went to trial.”
