A briefing and exchange of information session was held at the Philippine Overseas Labor Office on Aug. 26, 2013. Representatives from Caregiver Resource Centre, Community Alliance for Social Justice (CASJ), and caregivers and volunteers gathered to meet with Labor Attache Atty.
