The Ontario Filipino Women’s Club (OFWC) is now on its 31st year of existence and still counting, headed by its president Annabelle Migalbin, The Dinner-dance celebration was held at St. Wilfrid’s Banquet Hall, North York on on Sept. 28, 2013 and was well attended.
