Knights of Rizal Ball, Oct. 18

The Order of the Knights of Rizal, Canada Region, is set to hold its’ 15th Commander’s Ball on October 18, 2014, at the Kalayaan Cultural and Community Center,  Mississauga, Ontario, Canada.

The event  will be jointly hosted by Mississauga chapter of the Knights of Rizal headed by Commander Sir Tom Eng, KCR and Sir Joe Damasco, KGOR, adviser, together with the Brampton Chapter headed by Sir Del Palileo, KCR and Former Brampton Chapter Commander Romy Sinajon, KCR.

The officers and members of the two KOR chapters are calling all the officers and members of the different chapters of the Knights of Rizal to support this event considering that we are not only promoting the vision and mission of our country’s national hero, Dr. Jose P. Rizal, but more so creating awareness of the role played by Rizal during the Spanish era in his campaign to reform then the government while our country was then a colony of Spain.

Officers and members of the Knights of Rizal throughout the world including the Philippines signified their willingness to attend the historical event in this part of the world.

The outgoing Regional Commander of the Knights of Rizal of the Canada Region is Sir George Poblete, KGCR while the incoming Regional Commander is Sir Jaime Marasigan, KGOR.
