CPUAA GTA celebrates
2014 Thanksgiving and Christmas
Considered one of the strongest Alumni Associations globally, the Central Philippine University Alumni Association of the Greater Toronto Area Chapter is looking forward to its annual Thanksgiving and Christmas Party on November 29, 2014 at Wilmar Heights Baptist Church in Scarborough.
This annual gathering has been the venue for welcoming new members to Toronto, strengthening ties and friendships as well as time to invite and bring GTA Centralians to come and experience the Central Spirit. The past 4 years had seen a significant growth in the membership of the Association.
It is hoped that more Centralians will come this year. The Thanksgiving and Christmas Fellowship this 2014 will highlight talents, exciting and fun games and contests. Members and guests can look forward to a night of warm and meaningful fellowship and celebration.
The most recent International gathering of CPU Alumni that the Chapter attended was last July 24 – 27, 2014 in Orlando, Florida. Thirty delegates from the GTA Chapter participated and were led by the Chapter President, Ms. Josie Dayao. The chapter representatives danced superbly and with gusto . A tour of Orlando highlighted by visits to the Universal Studios Florida, Sea World Orlando, Epcot, etc was an experience.
