Ariel Ramos Pictorial at Typhoon Yolanda’s First Anniversary Mass at OLA

A special mass was held on Nov. 8, 2014 at Our Lady of Asumption Church (OLA) in Toronto for the first year anniversary of the devastation caused by super typhoon Yolanda. Representatives from the affected areas were asked to light candles together with the officials of the Philippine Government, Ambassador Petronila Garcia and Consul General Junever Mahilum-West; representatives of the Government of Canada were Minister Joe Oliver, and Sen. Tobias Enverga, Jr. The refreshments were provided by Mabini Express Remittance, Western Union, and FV Foods.
