Max’s Restaurant Scarborough had its Grand Opening on September 25, 2015 at Markham Road and Lawrence Avenue. Pidoy Pacis invited Consul General Rosalinda Prospero, Bill Rogers (grandson of the founder), and Clyde Pacis to do the Ribbon Cutting.
