Expect us Filipinos to poke fun on our misery.
In the midst of traffic jams now crippling the capital Manila as it hosts the 2015 meeting of the 21-economy Asia Pacific Economic Cooperation (APEC), Filipinos still find time to have fun.
And why not? As some people on social media have said, instead of complaining about the traffic jam and security hassles, Filipinos are turning to the Internet and social media to find a sigh of relief — in the person of APEC leaders they find good-looking or “hot.”
