NOTICE is hereby given that a Special General Meeting of the Members of FILIPINO CENTRE TORONTO (FCT) is called for and will be held on the 7th day of September, 2017, at the Rembrandt Banquet Hall (930 Progress Ave, Scarborough, ON M1G 3T5), at 7:00 p.m. EST, for the purpose of discussion and deliberation on the following items:

1. The sale of the FCT building located at 597 Parliament Street, Toronto, Ontario;

2. The proceeds from the sale of the FCT building;

3. Proposed amendment to the FCT Constitution and By Laws;

4. The restatement of FCT Financial Statements for the years 2015 & 2016.
