Art 2 Go at Mabuhay Festival 2017

Visual artist Lala Garcia conducted painting lessons at Mabuhay Festival, Nathan Phillips Square, on Aug. 26-27, 2017. Walk-in students, young kids and adults, learned how to use the brush, mix colours and actually paint on canvas under the one-on-one guidance of a professional painter. Lala studied visual arts at Cardinal Carter School for the Arts and at OCAD University. She has exhibited her paintings in New York and in University of the Philippines.
