Consulate open first Saturdays

The Philippine Consulate General in Toronto is pleased to inform the public that the Consulate will open for consular transactions to the public on the first Saturdays of February, May, August and November of 2018 from 9:00 a.m to 12:00 noon.

Please take note of the dates as follows:

• February 3, 2018

• May 5, 2018

• August 4, 2018

• November 3, 2018

The Consulate will maintain extended office hours (9:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m.) every second Fridays of the month.

Aside from processing their consular transactions, i.e. passport renewal and legalization of documents, Filipinos are highly encouraged to take this opportunity to register to qualify as overseas voter for the 2019 Philippine mid-term election process. The registration period will end on 30 September 2018.

The Philippine Overseas Labor Office and the Social Security System will also observe the same working hours on said Fridays and Saturdays.
