Sentro Rizal Toronto of the Philippine Consulate General in Toronto would like to inform you of the Call for entries to the online video festival “PAG-AALAY 2020: WEBXHIBITION AND FESTIVAL” of the University of the Philippines (UP), which is its annual virtual platform for cultural dialogue and networking of Filipinos in the country and the world. It showcases stories of resilience, inner strength, and humanity of Filipinos. The video festival welcomes video entries from both amateur and professional Filipino filmmakers and multimedia creators all over the world.

This year’s theme is “Pag-aalay sa Panahon ng Pandemya.”
