After Con-Ass, a Cha-Cha Free-for-All

Wednesday’s railroading of HR 1109 was met with indignation by Filipinos, many of whom took to the streets despite the rain to denounce the legislators who approved the resolution. Several groups critical of the Arroyo regime also met yesterday to plan their moves in the days ahead. A number of protest rallies have been scheduled beginning Thursday.

  1. My "Fiance", in the Philippines, Has been in the "Care-giver-come-to Canada" system since 2005. She was "Rejectted" in 2007, and after going back to school, 14-visits to "Manila Embassy"!! she was "rejectted" again "aug.-09" She went back again to the "Embassy" to ask again? they said "No"? She took her "LIfe" a couple of days ago?? All the "WORK", TIME, MONEY" went in to "AQUIRE" the VISA"? was it "WORTH" A young woman life? Now there is 3-young GIRLS?? with out a "mother"???? Some-thing very "BAD"!!! is wrong with this "SYSTEM"?? PLEASE!!! let not have another "LIFE" gone?? GET THE SYSTEM FIXED" !!! N.G.Jones
