“Minsan Pa”

At a reunion of sorts, Josie de Leon and Jose Mari Chan pose along with Liland’s Roland Chan and Mary Ann (wife of Jose Mari) during a press con at the Liland Insurance quarters. Jose Mari Chan, singer-composer, who was in town last week for a concert granted Josie De Leon the permission to record her rendition of one of his compositions “Minsan Pa.” This song will form part of Josie’s upcoming album slated to launch next year.

Ms. De Leon is also scheduled to perform in Manila at the Hyatt Regency’s Calesa Bar on January 28, 2006 to pay tribute to the late Rudy Francisco, Josie’s mentor and pianist at the Calesa Bar. It will be another reunion for Josie and Jose Mari, concurrently Chairman and President of Hyatt Regency, in Manila where the contract granting permission to record “Minsan Pa” will be finalized.
