Architects donate for Leyte
TORONTO–Philippine Consul General Alejandro B. Mosquera accepted recently a cheque donation of C$500.00 from the United Architects of the Philippines (UAP) – Ontario Chapter, for the victims of the mudslide in Southern Leyte, Philippines. Beneficiary is the Philippine National Red Cross. UAP was represented by Remus Ancheta, Elmer Canlas, Mark Alforte, Emma Luz Gudelosao and Teresita Ramos.
For interested parties who wish to channel their donations through the Consulate, donations may be made to the Philippine National Red Cross or Development Bank of the Philippines or Department of Social Welfare and Development of the Philippines. In Toronto, donations may also be coursed through following organizations.
