Training for dart players
Training for dart players
A new series of dart training sessions will be held at Le Spot Billiard Lounge. This weekly event, open to all adult male and female darters, will start on the first Friday of August. This is for all players who want to learn, improve and take their darting skills to the next level.
Volunteer dart mentors/instructors who conduct and supervise this training will emphasize on the proper dart grip, dart release, follow-through, stance and other techniques. Eager players will also discover some secrets of winning in the different games of Cricket, 501 (Straight In-Double Out) and 301 (Double In-Double Out).
A perfect game of 301 is only 6 darts, 501 is 9 and Cricket is 8. With proper practice, right attitude, presence of mind and a lot of good luck these rare feats (perfect games) could be achieved in no time.
It is never too late to join this rare opportunity to improve darters’ skill. New players, either members and/or non-members of any dart leagues in Toronto are invited to join. Training session will be from 7:00 to 10 p.m.
