MANILA, Philippines – Makati Mayor Jejomar Binay on Wednesday (May 12) said he is confident he has won the vice presidency defeating Liberal Party bet Sen. Manuel “Mar” Roxas in the 2010 elections.

“I think I’ve won,” said Binay in an interview at the Makati City Hall.
