$1000 Grand Prize in ‘Filipinos Got Talent 2011’

Magnolia Sky Entertainment and RKQ Productions present Filipinos Got Talent 2011, a local talent show to promote the many talented Filipinos in the GTA.

Together with LBC and Balita, Magnolia Sky aims to provide an opportunity to the people to showcase their fellow Filipinos what they are truly made of, and of course, to gain experience and hopefully a few minutes of fame even if it’s just within our community.

This event hopes to bring together the young and the old, and to catch the interests of the youth here in the GTA and get them to be more involved in our community.

Auditions will be held at the following dates:

Feb. 26th, 2011 from 10-2pm at the Kalayaan Cultural Community Centre, Missisauga

Mar. 5th, 2011 from 12-3pm at the Kapisanan Centre for Arts and Culture, Toronto

The Finals will be held on April 9th, 2011 at 6 pm at the Square One Older Adult Centre in Mississauga.

One dollar from every ticket sold will be donated to the Kapisanan Centre for Arts and Culture.
