6TH ANNUAL Conference on Teacher Certification and Career Building in Ontario was held on May 26 in Toronto. The event was conducted by the Philippine Teachers Association of Canada (PTAC), in cooperation with Kababayan Community Centre Multicultural Services (KCCMS).

Marlene Mogado, a Trustee of the York Catholic School Board was the keynote speaker.
