TORONTO–Canada Philippine Fashion Week and Kol Hope Foundation in partnership with Galleon Travel is proud to announce Hazen Belen as the winner of the Grand Prize Raffle Draw for a Round Trip Ticket to the Philippines Congratulations! The Raffle Draw was held at the Philippine Consulate at 4pm on Thursday August 1st, 2013, and the winning raffle ticket Nº 06517 was drawn by Consul Jesusa Susana Paez, and assisted by Vice Consul Bolivar Bao and presided over by Consul General Junever Mahilum West. The raffle event was attended by CPFW Executive Director, Jeff Rustia, and President of Kol Hope Foundation for Children, Melinda Parreno Rustia, as well as Kol Hope directors Ludy and Tony Pasilabban, Aurora Elefano, and Kol Hope friends, Sena Flores, Irma Postejo, Analie Ledesma Servanez and Tote Servanez.
