One of the experiences of a lifetime for Miss Philippines Canada, Caitlin Pantaleon, Mrs. Philippines Canada, Chona Stinson and 1st runner up Miss Philippines Canada, Jurice Encarnacion had the opportunity to participate and were once again the PCCF Ambassadors. The delegation was led by PCCF Officers, Noemi & Primo Milanes, Fe & Jojo Taduran and Chris Jones. The Scotiabank Carribean Carnival, the largest festival of its kind in North America, organizers estimated 1 million people packed the grounds for the Saturday’s grand parade.

Mayor Rob Ford were on hand to celebrate the festivities and greeted the delegation. This is the third time that PCCF or Philippine Canadian Charitable Foundation has joined this big and festive event. True to PCCF’s vision of Advocating for Community, only this time, it is for a much wider community. Miss Philippines Canada, Caitlin with a big smile exclaimed, ” I am proud and honoured to represent PCCF and the Filipino Canadian Community in this huge and colourful mainstream event.”  (PRESS RELEASE)
