Harnessing the potential of Senior’s power in the community funded by the Ontario Secretariat.
On January 29, Filipino-Canadian Seniors in the Thorncliffe neighbourhood area braced the snow to have a fun-filled day trip at Canada’s Ripley’s Aquarium and spent a three-hour lunch and a shopping spree at the Toronto Eaton Centre.

The next day, the same members of the Thorncliffe Filipino-Canadian Seniors Club attended an hour and a half long workshop entitled, “Managing Changes and Transitions”. On Friday, January 30, this program was facilitated by Albert Quirante and coordinated by Ms. Linda Verzosa. These projects are funded by the Ontario Secretariat.
