Michele Serrano gains momentum

Michele Serrano gains momentum

Michelle-Serrano_soloLiberal MP Nomination Bet

Michele Serrano, a credible and competent  Filipino Canadian multi- sector practicing professional who is seeking nomination to become the official candidate of the Liberal Party for MP in Scarborough Southwest, has been confidently observed by her supporters and residents in  her Riding that she is gaining momentum towards a respectable campaign position . Along her journey, Michele has put out too a personal request and appeal for financial donation and greater volunteer support to build and pursue a strong and winning contest.

MS,-MPSince Michele’s entry into the MP nomination derby, she has been promoting the Liberal Party’s  message of  “ hope and hard work” as the centre piece of her campaign and understanding the  issues and concerns impacting the residents of  Scarborough  Southwest as well. Currently, there are 7 declared nomination hopefuls in the Riding coming from the mainstream and ethnic sectors and Michele’s supporters and observers are confident that she is the only candidate with  solid credentials and strong potential to bag the coveted official nomination. Michele has also gained the respect and support of fellow nomination candidates, with some expressing that they would not mind losing to Michele and they would be equally proud if Michele will be the official candidate for Scarborough Southwest. Those who know and  have met Michele certainly agree!

Many in the community certainly agree that running a successful political campaign is expensive and challenging. And, in the case of  a determined candidate like Michele, it is a political necessity for her and her supporters that fundraising is a priority at every stage of  the campaign. Friends and supporters of Michele who pledged their support are requested to send ,at their earliest convenience, their nomination campaign donation.

In truly facing campaign realities, it is a safe strategy and equally important that resources, especially monetary and manpower are readily available . Asking for money, however, is not easy as it sounds. With a dozen of die-hard volunteers and supporters, Michele is confidently striving to bring her message loud and clear. She needs fund solicitors and  generous donors to her campaign coffers and also, dedicated volunteers to enroll more residents to become members to the Liberal Party. “Let us make history together …. Now is the time! Ang tagumpay ng isang Filipino ay tagumpay nating lahat!” Michele declares.

Team Serrano is requesting our FilCan kababayans, friends and relatives that should they wish  to donate and / or volunteer to the campaign they may  contact Michele at: Tel. 416-988-9613 or email : michele_serano@hotmail.com.

  1. Dan, having grown up reaiclubpn, I must say that I have on many occasions fallen into the trap of disregarding anything a non-reaiclubpn says. I watched the speech the other night and I have to say that I was genuinely impressed by it. In the past 3 elections I've voted in, it has not been hard to choose for me. but this time hrm.Unfortunately in the past I've been under the assumption that all candidates are disingenuous, but like you have implied here, Obama does not come off that way. He seems to genuinely want to make things better (however idealistic that may be), and McCain seems like the same old type of politician. So that being said, you have to make a judgment call, is Obama sincere or is he putting on a really good act. I’m glad I still have a couple months to try to figure that out.
