PIDC’s Salu-Salo sa Earl Bales Park, June 11

The President of the Philippine Independence Day Council, Norma Carpio, gave an appreciation speech to all those who attended the Salu-Salo at Earl Bales Park in Toronto, on June 11, 2016. There were singing, dancing, and a parade of community associations with their banners.
