PCCF beauties join the Caribbean Carnival Grande Parade
An event known to attract millions from all over the world, the Toronto Caribbean Carnival’s Grande Parade took place last August 5th, 2017 at the Exhibition Place along Lake Shore Blvd. The not to miss event of the summer featured steelpan drums, colourful floats and vibrant costumes. Pageant representatives from the Philippine Canadian Charitable Foundation (PCCF) participated in this event for the 7th year. The PCCF entourage included Jenna Ramos – Miss Teen Philippines Canada 2017, Laila Elcano – Mrs. Philippines Canada 2017 and Miss Philippines Canada runners-up, Ayessa De Guzman and Kristen Miranda. Joining them were PCCF Officers Rosemarie & Neph Ramos, Chris Jones and Chollo Lagdameo.
The Philippine Canadian Charitable Foundation (PCCF) which hosts one of the biggest indoor Filipino cultural events and the Pageants with a Cause at the Metro Toronto Convention Centre recently concluded the successful Pinoy Fiesta & Trade Show sa Toronto last June 24th, 2017. This year, PCCF aims to build a recreational centre for families affected by Leprosy through the ANCOP initiatives and other worthy causes.
