You must feel as a society and as a community very proud for having members like this person (Patricia Evangelista).

I feel myself privileged today to present her with our medal and (a plaque of) recognition for her struggles.

When a society has members like her fighting for those issues, then there is a future for this society and I want to congratulate her and also congratulate you.

We are talking about bulllet proofing. She is a bullet proof. Only after someone goes over her body can [that person] harm the society.

But as far as this person is standing for justice and for issues bothering the general society, that society certainly has a future.
