Christmas spirit lives on

The snow has started to fall, signalling the beginning of the Christmas season! Amidst families preparing gifts, their trees and decorations, the spirit of Christmas is a flame.
Despite this time of year being altered worldwide, our perspective can remain bright especially when we see someone who unconditionally and continuously extends her reach to make a lot of lives better.

Online platforms and technology have allowed us to connect and unite at a global dimension – Agnes Miranda is no exception. She keeps the spirit and joy of the holiday season alive by striving to use this platform to share her blessings and put smiles on everyone’s faces.

Agnes Miranda is the Senior Executive Vice Chairman and Co-Founder of World Financial Group (WFG) Canada, a solid campaigner for Financial Literacy and Education. is the lifeforce of yet another exciting and blissful virtual celebration.

Recently, she celebrated her 35-year Anniversary Milestone in the Financial Services Industry in a successful back to back virtual celebration. She is also the Executive Vice-President of the Philippine Independence Council of Canada (PIDC), compering various events advocating awareness of Filipino culture and traditions within the Filipino Canadian Community but also globally.

Recognized as  RBC’s Top 25 Canadian Immigrants in 2017 for communal engagement as well as a Global FWN100 in 2018 as 100 Most Influential Filipina Women,  Agnes Miranda is a pillar in the Filipino community known for not only her business endeavors but her passion for helping others.

Her self-founded Foundation called LCHS (Love. Care. Hope. Share) is pleased to announce the upcoming Virtual Christmas Special on December 20, 2020.

She will be sharing blessings with: WFG children, the Elsie Gaches Village in the Philippines as well as The Canadian Feed the Children Foundation. The program includes: a Christmas Clown to spread cheer, Christmas Carolling, and frequent raffle draws to win prizes. Santa Klaus will make an appearance and will give special gifts to the first 100 kids, ages 1-10  years old registered by their parents.
