Contract Position for Quantitative Researcher
October 4, 2022
Colour of Poverty – Colour of Change (COP-COC) is a network across Ontario working to build concrete strategies, tools, initiatives, and community-based capacity to address and redress the ever more growing structural and systemic ethno-racial inequality that impacts us. This COP-COC initiative is administered through the Chinese and Southeast Asian Legal Clinic (CSALC), a member of the steering committee.
The project explores research questions around race-based and other forms of discrimination that racialized workers in Ontario are facing in the current labour market, in addition to the impact of these forms of discrimination on labour market outcomes and socio-political participation. The final analysis will be summarized into a report that will be presented at a knowledge sharing conference with various stakeholders.
