Triple threat, Canadian born, Filipino/German/French actress, Nicole Huff, is about to make her big screen debut in the upcoming thriller, Luckiest Girl Alive, starring Hollywood star, Mila Kunis. The film is based on the book of the same title by Jessica Knoll, who is an Executive Producer and Screenwriter, and directed by Mike Barker (Director and Executive Producer on The Handmaid’s Tale) who is also an Executive Producer. It is produced by Bruna Papandrea and Jeanne Snow for Made Up Stories and Erik Feig and Lucy Kitada for Picturestart (The Hunger Games, La La Land).

Luckiest Girl Alive explores the story of Ani (Mila Kunis), a sharp-tongued, New York writer at a popular women’s magazine who seems to have it all: a sought-after position at a glossy magazine, a killer wardrobe, and a dream Nantucket wedding just around the corner. But, when the director of a crime documentary invites her to tell her side of a shocking incident that took place when she was a teenager at the prestigious Brentley School, Ani is forced to confront a dark truth that threatens to unravel her meticulously crafted life.

Nicole Huff will be stepping into the role of Olivia Kaplan, one of the two most popular mean girls in Ani’s school and an important figure in her past. She’ll be playing opposite Chiara Aurelia who plays young Ani in the film. Nicole recently attended the film’s star-studded premiere at The Paris Theater in New York City where she wore a gorgeous, shimmering, pale pink sequined gown reminiscent of Old Hollywood. Nicole tweeted that she was “grateful to be a part of this movie and play a character from the book”.

While this will be Nicole Huff’s first appearance on the silver screen, she is certainly no stranger to the acting world. She appeared most recently as Paige Aquino on Netflix’s Tiny Pretty Things, as Alina Taylor on CBC and Netflix’s Pretty Hard Cases, as Cassie on CBC Gem’s Topline, as Cloud on HULU – Great American Country’s The Great Christmas Switch, and as Gloria Chin on MTV’s Degrassi: The Next Generation. Along with many other TV roles, Nicole has also appeared in over thirty-five commercials and won multiple awards including a Young Artist Award (Best Performance in a TV Movie Miniseries, Special or Pilot), two Joey Awards (Best Actress – Lead in a Short Film), and a Young Entertainer Award (Best Young Actress on a TV Series Guest Star).

Daughter of Eva Oribiana Huff and Terry Carl Huff, she began acting at the early age of six years old. She is a skilled pianist, a classically trained singer, a figure skater, a black belt in Karate, and is fluent in French. She is also trained in multiple styles of dance (ballet, pointe, contemporary, musical, tap, hip hop, acrobatics, lyrical, and jazz).

Nicole has also been in studio working on what will be her debut EP. The album is being produced by world renowned music producer Roy Hamilton Ill who has worked with the likes of Britney Spears, Michael Jackson, Beyonce, Justin Timberlake, The Cheetah Girls and NSYNC. It will feature a selection of original pop and dance tracks. Nicole wants the EP to be a love letter to the musical styles she grew up with.

When not on-set, Nicole enjoys traveling and spending time with her family, friends, and two beautiful and loving puppies: Misti, a female white Bichon Frise, and Maple, her own puppy, a female red toy poodle. She goes skiing in the winter time and to the cottage in the summer time. She continues to audition, act, dance, sing, play piano, figure skate, swim in her backyard pool, and write music. She also loves taking in a movie at the theatre, or on Netflix and other streaming platforms.

You can still catch Nicole on Netflix where Tiny Pretty Things (find her in episodes 5 to 9) and Pretty Hard Cases (episode 5) are streaming now. Luckiest Girl Alive will be in select theatres in LA and NYC on September 30th and wide release on Netflix October 7th.
