FULL TIME AND PART TIME
Job Description
If you love traveling and working with people, this exciting job opportunity is for you. Working in the travel industry gives you access to expanding your knowledge about different destinations by attending industry trade shows and exciting training opportunities as well as access to travel perks.
Job Responsibilities:
-Provide travel consulting services to walk-in customers, over the phone and by email.
-Sell travel packages, flights, hotels, car rentals and travel insurance.
-Assist management
-Office administration.
Job Requirements:
-TICO Certificate (or willingness to get).
-Excellent Customer Service Skills
-Knowledge of Microsoft Office and Excel
-Excellent email Communication Skills
-Experience Working in the Travel Agency.
Assets:
-Experience using GDS Booking system
