We are hiring an Administrative Assistant office worker.
Import and distribution company is looking for an Administrative Assistant with experience in managing products from the cosmetics, chemical and FMCG industries. Good knowledge of MS Office (outlook, excel), communication skills, discipline in planning and time management and work, experience in using POS systems is welcome. Work from Monday to Friday 8-4. Responsibilities will include organizing import and distribution documents, orders, invoices, packing lists, managing daily office work as well as orders from Europe and the local market. Active and effective cooperation with the warehouse and drivers is required. Occasionally help in the warehouse and with unloading. Hourly salary $24+ depending on experience and skills.
